cryptorino took my winnings after bonus??? just wtf

The bonus first vs cash first debate is interesting here. If Cryptorino took bonus funds first then your wins came from bonus money which means max withdrawal rules apply. Did you check if they used your deposit first or bonus first?

"how do i even check that" jeez the financial literacy in this thread is giving me brain damage. you put money into a casino without understanding basic bonus mechanics then act surprised when you get fucked. this is why crypto gambling gives the whole industry a bad name - attracts absolute muppets who cant read

their support just replied saying "max cashout 1x deposit amount clearly stated in section 4.7 of general terms" i swear i didnt see that anywhere. feeling like proper idiot now

Don't beat yourself up too much. These crypto casinos deliberately hide important terms in walls of text knowing most people won't read every subsection. The fact they responded at all is actually a good sign - means they'll probably pay the £50. Some crypto casinos just ghost you after blocking withdrawal. Take it as a bad experience and always check reviews first, stick to licensed operators and read ALL bonus terms!

Classic predatory bonus structure. They advertise "100% BONUS" in big letters then bury the max cashout in fine print. This is why UKGC brought in regulations requiring bonuses to be non-sticky and clearly displayed. Unregulated casinos can do whatever they want.

huh whats this nonsticky mean tho?
Non-sticky means your real money gets used first, and if you win with your real money you can withdraw without touching the bonus at all.
Sticky bonus means bonus and deposit are combined, so any wins are considered "bonus wins" until you complet wagering. That's what Cryptorino probably did to you.

Unfortunatly some UKGC casinos still use sticky bonuses, it's not completely banned. The key difference is they have to clearly separate bonus balance from cash balance and tell you upfront what the max win is
LottoGo for example has sticky bonuses with low max wins but they display it clearly (even if the terms are shit)

yep sticky bonuses aren't inherently predatory if disclosed properly. so issue with crypto casinos is they hide everything. I actually prefer bonus-first systems IF the max cashout is reasonable and clearly stated. means you're risking nothing if you lose the bonus..

Standard procedure unfortunately. Crypto casinos often do minimal KYC on deposit then full verification on withdrawal. Annoying but pretty common thing you'll need to provide what they ask. Just make sure you black out any sensitive info except name/address/date!
