maybe cos' DAI has its own issues - relies on overcollateralization and can depeg during black swan events. Did exactly that in March 2020.There's no perfect solution

This is why timing matters more than asset choice. If you're gonna hold something long-term, BTC probably better. If you need stability for trading or short-term, USDT fine despite all the risks

Yep Yuan only went from basically nothing to 2%. Most dollar decline went to smaller currencies like Aussie/Canadian dollar, not to any single replacement.
